Cancellation and Refunds for Online Classroom Learning:
- Event Postponement or Cancellation: The Classy Code reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or force majeure events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situations like COVID-19, etc.).
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for any courses.
- Access Revocation: No refund will be provided, and access will be revoked if the course is shared with others or multiple users, or if the course purchase is intended for material/content duplication. The user’s account will be blocked accordingly.
- Re-attendance Decision: Should a learner wish to re-attend the online instructor-led classes for the purchased course, the decision to accept or deny the learner’s request rests solely with The Classy Code.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes, differences, or questions arising between the parties concerning this agreement or its subject matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by The Classy Code. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on all parties. The venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
